Organizational Structure of Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization (SUAO)
Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization (SUAO) operates through a structured and accountable governance system that ensures effective planning, implementation, and oversight of all activities. The organization is guided by its General Assembly and Board of Directors, with overall leadership provided by the Executive Director.
SUAO’s core departments—including Programs, Operations, Finance, Support Services, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)—work collaboratively to deliver high-quality humanitarian and development interventions. This structure enables clear coordination, transparency, and efficient service delivery across all areas of operation.
