Legal Status and Registration

Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian Afghan organization. Established in 2014, SUAO was re-registered with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Economy in 2025.

What happens after a report?

The feedback or complaint is received.
It is registered securely.
The appropriate responsible person reviews it.
Sensitive complaints are referred through safeguarding or whistleblower procedures.
The complainant receives a response where contact information is available.
Actions and lessons are documented without exposing confidential information.

SUAO prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Complaints are handled as confidentially as possible, and personal information is shared only where necessary to review and respond to the concern.
